Take the opportunity and participate in our NPC workshops. Held by the NPC judge Aleksandra Krunic who has years of experience in the business and as a judge. She will talk about NPC federation, rules and posing! Sharing the best tips when it comes to overall stage presence and nailing your poses according to the rules and your physique together with and coach Pia Jansson.
Whether you have stage experience since before, or if you are completely new to NPC shows, this is a perfect opportunity to go through the rules and poses for the NPC stage, valuable feedback in what you can improve. You will get a solid foundation for what applies in assessment and what to think about in your posing, for as accurate and good stage performance as possible!
